REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items from NAK ARMSTRONG GOLD are eligible for exchanges only, no refunds. Any requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces are subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All exchanges and purchases using store credit are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt. All NAK ARMSTRONG rings are made to size and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Items from the NAKARD COLLECTION are eligible for refund or exchange. For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces are subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale. Select items are available for exchange only as indicated in the item description.
All custom orders, special orders, and sale items are final sale.
If you wish to make a return, please email sales@nakarmstrong.com and title the subject of your email 'RETURN' followed by the order number. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs.
If you wish to make an exchange, please email sales@nakarmstrong.com and title the subject of our email 'Exchange' followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs.
All purchases shipped to international addresses (those that are not within the US) are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. No exceptions.
This refund and exchange policy is applicable for online purchases only. For pieces purchased in our flagship, we allow for a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.
If you purchased your Nak Armstrong or Nakard item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly as we are only able to assist with orders placed directly on nakarmstrong.com.
Please note, nakarmstrong.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same account or individual.
