Refund policy
Items are eligible for exchanges only, no refunds. To request an exchange please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
All pieces are subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All exchanges and purchases using store credit are final sale.
Rings made to size are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom orders, special orders, and sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To request an exchange, please email sales@nakarmstrong.com and title the subject of our email 'Exchange' followed by the order number. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs.
All purchases shipped to international addresses (those that are not within the US) are final sale, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions.
This refund and exchange policy is applicable for online purchases only. For pieces purchased in our flagship, we allow for a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.
If you purchased your Nak Armstrong or Nakard item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly as we are only able to assist with orders placed directly on nakarmstrong.com.
Nakarmstrong.com has the right to refuse a return if excessive requests for returns or exchanges are made by the same account or individual.
