Items from the Nak Armstrong Signature Collection (styles listed under 'Shop Nak Armstrong') may be eligible for exchanges only, no refunds. Items to be exchanged must be shipped back to Nak Armstrong within 10 days of the date of receipt. The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied towards the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange. Items purchased through an exchange must be in stock at the moment of the exchange. There are no refunds under any circumstances. Some items are final sale with no exchanges or refunds as indicated in their description. All custom orders, special orders, pre-orders, and sale items are final sale.

All Nak Armstrong rings are made to size and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Items from the Nakard Collection (styles listed under 'Shop Nakard') may be eligible for exchange, and certain items may be eligible for refund if specified as such in the product’s page. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be shipped back to Nak Armstrong within 10 days of the date of receipt, The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied towards the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange.  Items purchased through an exchange must be in stock at the moment of the exchange. For items that are eligible for refund, the item must be shipped back to Nak Armstrong within 5 days of the date of receipt. Shipping expenses paid are not eligible for refund. All custom orders, special orders, pre-orders, and sale items are final sale.

To accommodate gift giving during the holidays, items eligible for exchange that are purchased between December 1st and December 24th may be eligible for extended exchanges until January 7.

Please note:  All purchases shipped to international addresses (those that are not within the US) are final sale.  No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted. No exceptions.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Contact us at sales@nakarmstrong.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and to provide your reason for return. 

2) All items must be returned with original packaging and purchase receipt. The RA Number must be written visibly on the outside of the box to qualify for return or exchange.

3)  Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund or exchange.

4) Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the items being returned for exchange or refund, and for the shipping costs of new items purchased through an exchange.

5) Exchange items must be selected within 30 days of when the original purchase was received and are final sale. Items purchased through an exchange are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges. Exchanges must be selected among items in stock at the moment of the exchange. The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied towards the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange.
