Items from Nak Armstrong Signature Collections  (those styles listed under 'Shop Nak Armstrong') may be exchanged ONLY within 5 days of the date of receipt towards equal value or higher. There are no refunds.  Some items are final sale with no exchanges or refunds as indicated in their description.

All Nak Armstrong rings are made to size and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All sales of items of Nakard Collections (those styles listed under 'Shop Nakard) are eligible for refund or exchange if items are shipped back within 3 days of receipt.  A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount of items returned for refund.  The restocking fee may be waived if multiple items are purchased but not all are returned for refund.

All special orders, custom orders, pre-orders and sale items are final sale.  Special orders are items that are pre-ordered or out of stock at time of purchase.

Please note:  All purchases shipped to international addresses (those that are not within the US) are final sale.  No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Contact us at sales@nakarmstrong.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and to provide your reason for return.  The RA Number must be written visibly on the outside of the box to qualify for return or exchange.

2) All items must be returned with original packaging and purchase receipt. 

3)  Returned items will be inspected before issuing a refund or exchange.

4) Customer is responsible for shipping costs for items being returned for exchange and for new items selected.

5) Items selected as part of an exchange are final sale.
